| Spokes and Chrome is a grass roots car
club located in Salmon, Idaho. Idaho has the most wilderness in
the lower 48 states, and we take pride in the natural beauty of
our surroundings. Our organization started in 1984 with 3 members
in a pub. All of us had " vintage" cars we
had restored and we wanted to display them for the enjoyment of
our community. Hence, the first Father's Day Car Show.
In 2003, we had 20 members from Salmon and the surrounding
areas and we're still growing. You'd be amazed at the diversity
that our car show offers. We also put together the Demo Derby
which is a big part of the summer fun here in Salmon, Idaho. Car
Races also run through the summer months and people from all over
Idaho come and join.
